We ship exclusively within the United States and Canada. Our USA-based warehouse handles all U.S. orders, and our Canada-based warehouse fulfills Canadian orders, allowing us to offer swift and local delivery.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We provide FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. To accommodate shipping expenses, we may slightly adjust the product prices, but you will not see any separate or hidden shipping charges at checkout.

- U.S. Orders: All orders within the U.S. are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using USPS or UPS services.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Canadian Orders: Orders shipped to Canada are processed through our Canada warehouse and sent via Canada Post or local courier services.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery times ranging from 2-4 business days, depending on the province.
Since we ship from local warehouses in both the U.S. and Canada, customs duties and import taxes are not applicable, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery for our Canadian customers.
Discreet & Secure Packaging
We value your privacy and ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging. There are no visible labels, product names, or identifying information on the exterior of the package. The return label will state “Weed&SmokeShop” for complete discretion.
Signature Requirement
For orders over $250 USD, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your package. If you would prefer an adult signature for delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will accommodate your request.
Restricted Areas
Due to state and federal regulations, certain products cannot be shipped to specific U.S. states or Canadian provinces. If your order is affected by these restrictions, you will be notified before processing. Please contact our customer support team for more information on shipping restrictions.
Shipping Delays

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (business days only) of receiving payment. Orders placed after 2:30 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. Boxes for U.S. orders, but please note that these will be shipped via USPS. If you enter a P.O. Box as your shipping address, please select the USPS option during checkout. For Canadian orders, P.O. Box deliveries will be handled by Canada Post.
