Weed&SmokeShop Return and Exchange Policy

At Weed&SmokeShop, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges, subject to the terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for most products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • New Products: Must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Used Products: Products that have been opened or used may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all parts and components returned.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, provided the defect is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain product categories including consumables (e.g., CBD products, edibles, smoking accessories), vapes, or personal care items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@weedandsmokeshop.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be sure to include your order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the product. Please note, we cannot process returns without an RMA.
  3. Shipping the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Weed&SmokeShop recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against any loss or damage during return shipping. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned item(s). The store credit can be used on any future purchase at Weed&SmokeShop.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so that we can address the issue promptly. Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the problem, including providing a replacement or refund as needed. Please retain all original packaging and photographs of the damage, as this may be required for processing your claim.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request and cancel the order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Opened CBD products, vape pens, e-liquids, edibles, or any other consumable items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same return process outlined above and initiate a return. Once the returned item is processed, you can place a new order for the product you wish to exchange it for. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.


Exceptions

Weed&SmokeShop reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy. We also reserve the right to update or amend this Return & Exchange Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
